Relationships and the Power to Transform

Updated: May 13, 2019

We all have a story and we all long for the wholeness we were created for. We desire health in our bodies, minds and souls. We want to love ourselves and others perfectly. We want to impact the world for the better. We want our lives to matter. The good news is your life matters and you are perfectly loved!! The bad news is there is a battle against you becoming all you were created to be and forces exist to keep you from the awareness of perfect love.

The right relationships provide power to overcome all that calls us to less than our true selves.

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds...Hebrews 10:24

The Whole Person Care for Transformation program is about tapping into the power that healthy relationships provide to transform us into our best self. The program moves through four relationship phases (body, mind, soul/emotions, spirit) culminating with a final phase of integrating the parts into a transformed self. The program supports participants through the learning and practice of healthy mindsets and behaviors drawing on the strength of God and others. A safe and secure community is provided for the difficult work of self examination while equipping participants for the process of replacing the "old self" with the "new self."

This community of sojourners experience the program together but uniquely as the content is shaped by the life of each participant. No two experiences are the same yet overwhelmingly the result is a unified freedom and power.

As participants learn and practice the art and science of nutrition, exercise, mindsets, habit formation/change, and spiritual formation they emerge individually and collectively into a better version of themselves equipped to continue in the transforming power of the Holy Spirit "from glory to glory."

And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:18

If you identify with the desire to transform but feel stuck, please join us and together we will overcome and find rest for our weary souls!
